Vokabulary Word Levels

vokabulary-word-levels.csv lists every word in the app with its part of speech, CEFR level and source.

This list is adapted from the CEFR-J Wordlist Version 1.6 (compiled by Yukio Tono, Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, retrieved from http://www.cefr-j.org/download.html on 01/10/2026) and from the Octanove Vocabulary Profile C1/C2 version 1.0 by Octanove Labs (CC BY-SA 4.0). Entries were selected and matched to our own word list; C2 entries were not used.

The list is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International. Neither the CEFR-J project nor Octanove Labs is responsible for any errors in it.
